Unicorn Horn
I was supposed to add unicorn horn to my potion. I had just waited 45 minutes for the potion to be ready, and all I had to do was add the unicorn horn. And when I clicked the horn, it activated my wand. Potion is ruined. Snape would of failed me for certain.
